Forte Performance & Physical Therapy

The Fortissimo program through Forte has allowed me to connect with Dr. Abby Halpin via tele-communications and help address my fitness difficulties. I have a complicated medical history (including multiple concussions) that has made it super hard to find a work out routine that does not result in injury. Plus, being a working mom, my days are quite full! I have worked with many physical therapists and trainers alike, and I have to say that Dr. Abby’s program is truly the most comprehensive and “do-able” program I have come across. Dr. Abby heard me and had a unique ability to give me high quality, individualized fitness instruction via tele-communications in a way that was functional and accessible. Now, instead of dreading working out and stressing about how to find the time (some previous home programs were over an hour) I look forward to hitting my mat and running through my exercises in less than 30 minutes while Dr. Abby guides me as needed. She checks all the boxes and I highly recommend her! The Fortissimo program has been particularly amazing for my individualized fitness needs - even though I live across the country! Forever grateful :)

Dr. Abby is a PT genius. I went to her for 3 visits in total and feel better in every aspect. She listened to my multiple injury stories, my aches and pains, and asked questions about my lifestyle in general to get as much well rounded info as she could. I really really appreciate that! She connected the dots from multiple body systems, where many PTs in the past didn't, and because of that has helped to significantly reduce/completely fix issues that I've had for years! I definitely recommend Dr. Abby and will be back when I need her!

I've seen Dr. Abby Halpin for almost 4 years. I've been involved in athletics competitively for 20 years, and I've done a lot of PT. I can honestly say that she is the best physical therapist I've ever seen. She has helped me rehab from acute injuries, and we've continued to work past then to prevent future injuries. I highly recommend her for any athletes looking to come back from an injury or looking to keep themselves healthy through hard training.
