I love this gym. First day I walked in there I was shock there was nobody in there. The equipment is brand new and they have everything. Chris great guy he’s easy to talk to and he’s very help. This gym doesn’t bs you. There’s no initial fee you pay for what you get.
This is such a great gym! The owners/trainers are great and highly skilled. Classes are good and free. No pressure and I run into people I know so very local feeling (not like a corporate gym at all).
Almost never have to wait for machines/squat rack even in the evenings. Very clean and well-run. Highly recommended.
This review is for Chris M!!!! Great guy and amazing coach! I have known and been coached by Chris since 2003 back when he was an athletic director. As a student athlete, he was extremely supportive and helpful in my heath and career! If your working with Chris, you are in great hands! Highly recommended!
