Seaplane Scenics Land Division

This was a late booking on a whim, and there were some issues with timing due to a problem with the booking site. They were able to squeeze me in, and it was a great flight round the sights of Seattle, with a word-perfect and very slick commentary delivered by the pilot, who's also a great guy. Really enjoyable, very inexpensive for what you get, and just opposite the Museum of Flight which makes for a great combined day out.

I was surprised with a gift certificate for a 1 hr training flight and just did it this weekend. It was amazing and everything I hoped it would be. I got to sit in the main left pilots seat while instructor Matt was in the right seat. (Matt was a great guy BTW!) We spent time before the flight getting to know the Cessna 172 aircraft and what is done on a preflight inspection. He did the heavy lifting of course with take off and landing but I was able to take the controls for about 20 minutes. It was completely amazing feeling that I hope to duplicate with more lessons. Thank you for a very memorable day!

We signed our 14 year old son up for a 3 hour flight lesson for his birthday. From the very first phone call, the folks at Seaplane Scenics were friendly and pleasant to interact with and booking the lesson on their website was very easy. My son had his lessons with James, the owner. He is so knowledgeable and is a very patient instructor. Working with him has by far exceeded my expectations and I do not hesitate to recommend his company to others.

Great experience, excellent value for a flight. Booking was really easy, they have a good cancellation policy in case of bad weather (we lucked out in December though), and our pilot, Bob, was just fantastic. 3 of us enjoyed a wonderful circle around the city, and Bob's knowledge of the city and history was fantastic. Highly recommended to both locals and visitors.
