Move in experience was great in June! Fast engagement and responsiveness by landlord. Property management was easy to coordinate with for viewing the apartment. All payments/lease are managed online with an easy to use portal. All the appliances work great (stack washer/dryer, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, oven, garbage disposal). For those reading the poor reviews below, my experience has been really good. The price is worth it in my opinion as you are a few minutes from capital hill and downtown/stadiums.
