She developed a personalized workout and meal plan. She helped motivate me with her positivity and she kept track of my measurements to track my gains. I would highly recommend Adriana for anyone looking to get into shape and develop healthy habits.
During the Bridal Bootcamp training package I met her at her studio in Beacon HIll. Her Beacon Hill studio has all the equipment you could ever need and there is always street parking available. -
