After thoroughly researching travel trailers for past year, including renting various styles/sizes, I contacted Salesman Extraordinaire, Rodney H, discussed all top requirements & parameters & he promptly commenced our search. I was amazed with his knowledge regarding RVs & how quickly he had ample options for my wife & I to choose from. We actually ended up going with a different type unit than originally intended after he explained all the pros/cons between the units when matched up to our RAM Diesel P'up. We were also pleasantly surprised with how smoothly the transaction proceeded, including finalizing all documents with Finance Dept, thorough walk thru of our unit (really important to us Rookie RVers), and prompt additional upgrades performed by Service Dept. Already took our new Northwood Artic Fox 25Y on it's "maiden" voyage, which it performed just as expected. Thanks so much Rodney & Lazydays... Yous Guys Rock!!!
