  LVO was the most efficient, professional and kind place I've ever visited for this type of healthcare related operation. They were up front with how the process would go, gave us very detailed informative updates each time we had a visit and kept it light hearted and fun for our son. I'd HIGHLY recommend anyone needing ortho work go here!!

  I originally came to know about this office through google search. I had already started ortho at a different practice and came to this office for a second opinion. I was impressed by LVO day 1. The cohesive treatment plan created by 3 doctors was something I've never seen before(anywhere). All 3 doctors work together. I ended up transferring to this practice and couldn't be happier. I've been a patient now for about a year. The staff is very organized and friendly at the interbay location(especially during the covid era). I tend to ask a lot of questions and every assistant I have seen has been very patient with me and helped explain things for me to understand. I have to give a special kudos to Dr. Alissa Borda, she is by far one of the best doctors I have come across. I have root exposure that I developed prior to my treatment at LVO -which means most dental visits (even cold water) cause me pain... Dr. Borda went out of her way to make me comfortable(and mostly pain free) while some of the buttons/cement were removed. She deserves a trophy for the amount of care she put in on making sure I was ok.
  Overall I am very happy with LVO.

  My 10yr old son just completed phase 1 orthodontia (expander, braces & now a retainer) with LVO. EVERY interaction we had throughout the year-long process was fantastic. The Dr's and staff are wonderful, the technology used for appt reminders is great and the offices (we had the opportunity to visit 3 of their 4 locations) are all beautiful. Thank you LVO!

  They were very helpful to me and my granddaughter. However, she had a problem with her braces while her parents are away, and she just told me to go to the clinic. The staff and medical personnel were thorough to discuss the details, but I hope it won't happen again.
