(September 27, 2017, 3:40 pm)I would normally probably not give a review on a parking facility, but these people need to be commended. My husband and I left for a cruise out of Seattle and parked here. The vans that picked us up were nice and clean. While we were on our cruise, my husband had an unfortunate fall that required him, to have a hip replacement in San Francisco. So we were in San Francisco and my car was in Seattle and we live in Idaho. See a logistic problem here? Well, I called Seattle Cruise and told them what was going on and they were so good to help us out. A family member was able to go over and get the car and drive it home for us, but the Cruise people were exceptional in the way they accommodated us. Would highly recommend!!!!
