So beautiful and diverse - you can see everything from massive trees to beautiful flower gardens. Such a nice walk too.
Went here for the third time on my birthday, back on March 23rd. The trees were so beautiful - most of them were blooming - and the path we went on was great for walking! It was a no-bake zone so we didn't have to worry about cyclists, and there were very few people there so we were able to keep our distance. There is a great variety of flora, some of them with beautiful bark, others shaped in weird ways, but so many with beautiful flowers! Will definitely need to go again when it is safe!
A really amazing treasure to be discovered again and again. When I come here I always ask myself why I don't come more often. Come and enjoy the vast well maintained beauty by yourself or with friends and family. You will leave refreshed believing the world is a better place.
A wonderful place to take a nice stroll or for morning jogs! It is super unique and a must see for anyone visiting seattle. It has a wide variety of plant species, a lot of which I had never heard of! Definitely worth checking out.
Beautiful, large park with a variety of trails. A "must-do" if you're into Seattle parks. Stick to Azalea way for a mostly flat, gravel path or cut off on one of the many side trails to explore, tackle some hills, and get mildly lost. The Loop Trail is a great option if you're looking for something paved and is one of the quietest protected bike paths in Seattle, so great for children and cyclists of all abilities. It is not suited for high-speed cycling due to the 10mph speed limit. Japanese Garden is beautiful but requires payment to enter. Playground is by the Japanese garden and is decent sized but not huge and has public restrooms (a rarity!)
