  Dr. Z is compassionate, intelligent, and passionate about his practice and helping his patients. I highly recommend him as a psychiatrist.
  After searching for a doctor that could help with psychological abuse-induced C-PTSD symptoms, I came across Dr. David Zacharias and his Existential Psychiatry practice. This was my first time seeing a psychiatrist and I opted for virtual therapy due to distance and my current state (agoraphobia and aversion to meeting people in person at the time).
  
  Dr. Z was kind and well-informed on the symptoms I was experiencing (depression, anxiety, overactive rumination impeding sleep, etc). He successfully helped me through this 'low' on a medical level as well as spiritual---in the sense that the "talk therapy" part of our sessions centered around topics like world view, values, and good vs. evil--all things I was struggling with in my daily life.
  
  Overall, I recommend Dr. Zacharias wholeheartedly as a practitioner and just a good human. He made virtual therapy empathetic and fun, while also helping me sort through and alleviate the psychological pain I was in. Thank you again for all your help and encouragement Dr. Z.

  Dr. Zacharias is one of the best therapists I have ever had! He is very caring and compassionate. I highly recommend him for his knowledge and honesty. He listened to my concerns after multiple losses in my life and restored hope and faith to enjoy living again.Thank you Dr. Z

  To be honest, I was in tough shape by the time I got to Dr. Zacharias. Over the course of 7 months, through appropriate medication, dosage and regular therapy, I found my footing again. I will go so far as to say I found myself again. And I like me. I also like him. Dr. Zacharias is fair, considered, considerate and honest. Highly recommend.

  Dr. Zacharias is the best psychiatrist/therapist I've ever had. No question about it. And I've had a few in my 70 plus years.
  
  He helped me TREMENDOUSLY during a very difficult time of my life, following the death of my wife and partner of 40 years Mary some 7 years ago.
  
  He is compassionate, professional, honest, and doesn't let me get away with anything. Amazingly focused, and clearly compulsive about watching out for my best interests. I never doubted his sincerity or his capabilities in the process of helping me ferret out my concerns and hangups.
  
  I can't recommend him more highly. I've referred a family member to him and several other people in my life who have had some difficulties in coping with their lives.
  
  He is a wonderful helper and a wonderful person.

  Dr. Zacharias is a an extremely wise man. He helped me work thru a very low point in my life to see the values and characteristics that I possess within me. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of support and guidance. He was genuinely concerned for my well being, and his advice and wisdom is profoundly appreciated. I sincerely appreciate him as a person, and his professional commitment to help others. He made a significant impact on me and I will be forever grateful for his encouragement and advice.
