I first started seeing Annie because I was having issues with my hip/groin area while training for a half marathon. Annie was so attentive and I like that she really takes a holistic, thoughtful approach to studying your body. With only a few visits, I was back to running and eventually ran a half marathon with no problems!

I've continued to see her as we have started to focus on other areas of my body that need more attention. I couldn't recommend her enough!

Annie is very experienced, knowledgeable, and intuitive.

I sought her help for digestive issues and perimenopause symptoms. Then, along the way, she also helped me with a rotator cuff injury, anxiety and shoulder tension.

The results of Annie's treatment were evident from the first visit. She made great dietary and lifestyle recommendations. Every time I leave her office, I feel rejuvenated and at ease. Even my family notices that I am much more relaxed after seeing Annie. And I feel much better!

    I highly recommend Annie.

On my path seeking a holistic approach, Annie has helped me become more aware of my patterns, supported me through my fertility journey and now through my pregnancy. Annie truly listens to concerns, makes thoughtful recommendations for time between sessions, understands what areas to focus on based on ongoing discussions and her clients overall goals for improvements desired!

I cannot recommend Annie enough. I came to her with a traumatic brain injury, chronic hives, bad menstrual cramps/issues, and a lot of symptoms associated with those things. I had gone through years of doctors, physical therapy, chiropractic, and pretty much tried anything a western medicine doctor suggested.

Annie took a different approach than anyone else I've worked with. She went to great lengths to teach me how to take better care of myself, both physically and emotionally. I learned a lot about how to prevent migraines and other chronic issues by eating certain things, sleeping well, choosing what kinds of physical exercise I need at different time, and so much more. She got to know me extremely well and was constantly adjusting her treatments and suggestions tailored specifically to me and my medical history.

I cannot stress this point enough: I always left a visit with Annie feeling better than when I came in. That was truly a gift, to know each time I had an appointment I would leave feeling good. That is not something I've experienced with any other provider, and especially for those with chronic pain, it was a gift.

If I hadn't moved, I would definitely continue seeing her. Not only is she an incredible healer, she is a wonderful human and always made me feel safe and comfortable!

I've been to several acupuncturist and the treatment I received from Annie was truly wonderful and unique. She's very thoughtful and intuitive as she took the time to really listen to my body history/story. Annie made me feel comfortable and cared for from beginning to end and she incorporated other modalities of healing during treatment that were a really nice touch. Afterwards she gave me ideas that I've been able to weave into my life between visits. Initially, I went to her for jaw pain and anxiety but I'll be going to her for anything else that comes up! If you are looking around for acupuncture you should definitely go to Annie!
