This place is killer! Amazing programming, awesome people, great equipment, and the friendliest culture you could ask for. Every time I go in I get one of the best work outs of my life, but also have a ton of fun. Whether you are already a competitor or new to crossfit, I highly recommend Grunge City. You will be welcomed and leave feeling like a beast!
