As a Real Estate agent of 17 years there have been a few lessons well learned. One is staging, if done right it will shorten selling time and will bring a much better selling price. When I decided to sell one of my homes there was no questions I was going to have it staged and I was going to use Spade and Archer. I had used them on other listing I've put on the market, and the return was much greater than any other stager I had worked with. I listed my home and stated I would review offers in 3 days. There was another exact home in the neighborhood put on the market for sale at $45K less, and was well appointed. I knew what Spade and Archer could do so I wasn't to worried. Three days later, I had 10 offer, 7 above my asking price. I sold and closed on an offer that was $17K over my asking price and I have no doubt that was entirely due to Spade and Archers staging.
