  I love this preschool. Everything is spotless and the owner, Mayte, treats each child with so much love and care. She treats every member like family and fosters a great environment where children can play together and learn all at the same time. I highly recommend.

  Mayte is a wonderful teacher! Incredibly caring and kind and full of love. She has a wonderful curriculum.

  My two daughters had Maite as a teacher. She is brilliant ,so caring , patient and highly skilled.My kids have been extremely happy with her and I’m so grateful for that. Maite made always a wonderful combination of learning and play in a lovely atmosphere. She really gets to know each child really well and this is very important. My kids grew in confidence and developed and appetite for learning that really prepared them for life at school. My daughters are multilingual now and I’ve seen a progress on their artwork, social skills, acting, drawing and writing skills. I would definitely recommend La Colmenita to other parents. This place has certainly a “from the heart feel”
