    Tim is a real pro. He is patient, responsive, and has a great teams and wealth of resources to help out when you are purchasing a new home. My daughter and I hope not to have to buy a new home again any time soon, but highly recommend Tim for others who are preparing to buy or sell!

    My wife and I were referred to Tim three years ago to help us purchase our first home together as newlyweds. We had an excellent experience with Tim, who guided us through the process in a very difficult market. We ended up winning the house we wanted even though there were a few higher offers. Tim's experience and knowledge in negotiating a home purchase is the only reason we got an amazing deal, or the house for that matter at all. Buying a home is stressful, however my wife and I both agree that Tim took as much of the stress away possible in any purchase. We were always informed verbally and in writing of every step of the process. We never felt like customers, it felt like having a great friend making sure your getting taken care of.

    Recently the housing needs of our family changed and we decided to sell the same home. We were dreading the process of getting the home ready for sale while also preparing to move. We also had no real idea what we could ask for the house.

    We called up Tim, and he came right over. After a few days of researching and calling other agents Tim took us through what he thought the house would sell for and we agreed to list it. I expressed to Tim that I didn't have a lot of time to get the landscaping and some minor repairs done. Tim told me to get everything out of the home, and he would take care of it all, and to literally don't stress a moment about it. Tim took a lot of hard work right out of my hands which made the move so much easier! My wife and I were blown away at the professional crew Tim brought in during the next two days. As promised, Tim handled everything and ahead of schedule. The house looked amazing. During the snow storm Tim even came out and shoveled out the long driveway himself. During this time Tim was also marketing the property and calling prospective buyers while setting up for the listing date. During the process we would receive a call or email daily letting us know what was going on.

    My wife and I were mentally prepared for the actual process to take 1-3 months and to either accept less then asking or make concessions at closing. We had no idea what kind of frenzy Tim had created! Unknowingly, we were in for one heck of a fun day on listing day. The house went on the market and within a few hours we received a notification that our house was the most likely home to sell in Linwood. A few min later Tim called saying the house was packed with buyers and two offers were already coming in. Tim handled the negotiations and worked us into a higher then asking price. We were thrilled and wanted to pull the trigger. Tim advised us to be patient and use the time in the offers to see if anything developed. Sure enough, a third buyer came in a few hours later. It's always inspiring to watch a professional at the top of their game in action. Tim handled the three buyers and drove the price up to about 14k over asking price and got the inspection waived. As a professional salesman myself I can only say that after observing Tim negotiating the purchase and later the sale of a home, I would not want anyone beside him to negotiate a property on my behalf. The house closed on time and as smooth as possible. The service we received during and after the sale was top shelf.

    We give Tim Lenihan @ windemere our highest possible personal, and professional endorsements. Mr. Lenihan in my opinion is the Nordstrom of real estate agents. After our experience with him and his crew we can't imagine using anyone else. Thank you Tim! We are so thrilled and happy!
