Toni is amazing at what she does, and what she does is so much more than I was expecting. She has an incredible understanding of the human body and was able to identify underlying situations that were contributing to my symptoms. She then coached me through simple but effective exercises and helped me recognize and correct bad habits I have had for most of my life, and also provided the most effective massage I have experienced (it's not traditional massage, but I don't know a better term). My health philosophy is "do what the body is designed to do", and her approach is a perfect fit. Rather than try to correct the problem through force, she flies under the radar and helps to restore the body to optimal operation in a more natural way. I highly recommend Toni for anyone who wants to address a negative physical condition or just to improve their body and how it operates.
