This is my second time using U Relax movers. On time, careful with your items, pack quickly and efficiently. Pricing is great and movers are very personable.
This was our first time hiring professional movers and the experience did not disappoint! Working out the logistics with Keiko prior to the move was very convenient, and our team of movers was fantastic. Victor, Casey, and Efrain were incredibly efficient in their strategy to move us out of a 5th floor apartment into a house across town. They took great care of our belongings by wrapping furniture and handling fragile goods with extra attention, and were very helpful in ensuring all belongings were placed in the right rooms and furniture was exactly where we wanted it. They cleaned up all packing materials and were done with the move much sooner than I expected! Highly recommend U-Relax.
U-Relax recently assisted us with our move from Seattle to Mercer Island and we were extremely happy with the service. Our movers were Igor, Sergio, Casey and Victor – they arrived promptly (maybe even early), wrapped and secured our valuable belongings carefully, and moved everything from our 4-bedroom house quickly and efficiently. A few weeks before the move, we found out that our house – which is being renovated – will not be ready by the move date. I notified U-Relax that we will need to move to a storage unit instead and they were accommodating and professional. In fact, the whole experience was smooth and positive and really put our minds at ease on an otherwise stressful day. We will certainly recommend U-Relax to our friends and colleagues.
Fantastic service!! Victor and Sergio moved me today ... incredibly efficient, very friendly and professional, and experts in their work ... this was by far the easiest move I've ever had thanks to them. They loaded, unloaded, moved and arranged all my furniture in less than the quoted time and the price was exactly as anticipated - no hidden costs. I'd highly recommend their services and will definitely use this company again the next time I move! Thank you so much, Víctor and Sergio!!
This moving company is awesome!!! I moved from North Bend to Seattle. The moving company was extremely quick and responsive through email to all the questions and concerns I had before moving. On the day of the move, the four-man team was delayed by traffic from an accident en route. Victor called me promptly to let me know and gave me an estimated arrival time (45 minutes later). As soon as the team arrived they immediately took charge and carefully wrapped all my furniture and stowed everything in the truck. The move was a little complicated because I wanted some of my stuff to go to a house in Seattle, then drop off some of my unwanted furniture at Goodwill, then unload the rest at a storage facility in Shoreline. The team was extremely polite, respectful, and listened carefully. The night before the move, a basket with used cans of paint fell and spilled all over my garage floor, leaving some boxes and furniture sitting in a pool of wet paint. The team didn't complain or hesitate. They were still able to load up everything quickly and efficiently. At the end, they even helped me mop up as much of the paint as possible. The interim stops I wanted were handled smoothly. There was a tight deadline to arrive at the storage facility (the last stop) and they worked extra quickly (I had thought they were quick before; they never stopped for a break) and got me to the storage facility on time. Victor called a couple of times during the move to make sure I was satisfied and if I had any concerns. I received a call from Victor the next day to say they had overcharged me $180 and came by that day to return the money. I can't say enough good about them and have recommended them without reservation to my friends.
