I arrived at Alan Lloyd's office in extreme pain, from a frozen shoulder, a condition that typically results in about two years of immobility and pain in the affected arm. Mine started in April, became intolerable in May when I started my hunt for a magic bullet to relieve the excruciating pain.

By the time I arrived at Alan's office, I had tried a number of traditional and alternative treatments, none of which made any difference. But, during my first session with Alan the pain was reduced by about half, with the remainder being taken care of during the second session.

By now (October), the pain in my arm is completely gone, and the 'capsulitis' in the shoulder is starting to loosen up and relax, meaning that I can use my arm much more normally. I had tried Acupuncture for other conditions without experiencing dramatic results, so I am delighted to have met Alan just when I needed results most.

Alan Lloyd is a gentle, highly skilled and intuitive acupuncturist. His treatments are making such difference in healing from bunion / foot surgery. Acupuncture has reduced my foot swelling and my wound healed sooner than expected through using moxa, a heated Chinese herb stick. I highly recommend him!
