  I have been bringing Jade all of my dry cleaning and alterations for almost two years and I’ve never been disappointed. I trust her with all of my cashmere sweaters, silk tops, winter coats, and more! She’s hemmed pants, restructured an entire dress, and added elbow patches to sweaters for me. Her work is extremely high-quality and I would recommend her to anyone!

  Brought in some alterations that were ruined by another shop in federal way nearby my home and someone told me about this shop by my work .. the owner here must have magic on hand because she fixed my clothes and they all turned out amazing! I’m going to stick with this shop. She also fixed up my cousins wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses..those turned out great! Keep up the good work!

  I had a wedding back in March that I was very excited for with a new dress! I had tried the dress on without heels. Day of wedding, I realized the dress was 6 inches too long. I panicked and ran to this place. I told them what was going on and had a 911 because I was in the wedding party. Of course I got an up charge, but it was SO worth it. Amazing alterations, great service, even steamed the dress! I greatly appreciate it (sorry for the late review)

  The owners of Alterations Plus Dry Cleaning are the NICEST couple I've ever met. I've never had any problems with dry cleaning or laundry and they do a phenomenal job on alterations. I've brought a ton of dresses in to get altered and my husband has brought at least 5 pairs of jeans. They always come out perfect and they're able to rush if need be.
