  Stepped in here today to look at fabrics for an upholstery project. I found out pretty quickly that this place is way out of my price range for this particular project. However, the woman working there was wonderfully helpful, and the place is stuffed to the gills with swatch books full of gorgeous textiles. I'll probably get my reupholstering fabric somewhere else, but will pay them a visit the next time I have a smaller project and want some super beautiful material.

  I'm an apparel designer, but until today, I didn't know this little shop existed. It showed up in a completely unrelated Google search, so I had to stop in to see what they had.
  I got lucky and visited during their 50% off sale. I found some gorgeous silk and linen fabrics that will work beautiful in my designs, and the prices were comperable to JoAnn, but for vastly superior fabrics.
  I'll be recommending this shop to ask my local designer friends.
  This isn't a place to go if you're looking for something specific, but if you're open to happy surprises, it's a great stop.

  Fabric Fantastic!! Came in to look for some upholstery. Great service. wonderfully helpful staff and mind boggling selection. They even set us up at a table and asked us what we were looking for. Then they brought book after book of appropriate selections. Once we picked out some samples they signed those books out for us so we could take them home and see if they worked with the entire space.

  The selection is great, the prices are great, and Rick is really nice. Mostly all thicker silks and home furnishing fabrics. Sizes range from swatches to big rolls of yards and yards. If you have any sort of upholstery need, you'd better come here first. I'll definitely be back when I'm redecorating. (I hope that amazing pale apple green silk is still there!)
