Impressed with Jody's ability to work with people of all ages. While she does not take Insurance, this worked out well for us since we could just make an appointment, not wait for a referral, and then choose a plan instead of being required for a set number of appointments.

We used Jody to do an ergonomic assessment for all of my office staff in our new space with our new desks. Healthy staff = healthy business. She set up a table in a private space to interview and assess each person's physical needs and then reviewed their desk. Before the assessment, my employees were on the fence as to whether or not it would be useful since they felt they already pay close attention to their health and body. HOWEVER, they were very pleasantly surprised at how much they learned! She even did an assessment for one of my staff that is in his car a lot and assessed how he could modify his position and use devices to assist his comfort. No other Physical Therapist I've ever met (and I've met a lot) provides this kind of service. I highly recommend contacting Jody to see how you alter your every day living to better support your body and general health!

I am a 3rd year physical therapy student and I have studied/tried many different physical therapists over the last 20 years but Jody stands out as being in the top tier of her profession. What sets her apart is the immense body of knowledge that she has amassed through 20+ years of continuing education and specialization in advance manual orthopedic techniques that they don't teach in school. Give her a try, if she can't help you, physical therapy probably just isn't the right solution for you.

I was lucky to find Jody during the rehabbing of my first full knee replacement. My first Physical Therapist was unexperienced and didn't really understand the healing process. Jody immediately showed her expertise: after assessing the restrictions on my knee movement, she started her treatment of hands on movement and assignment of exercises that strengthened my muscles. She explained that the individual layers recover at different rates, so the treatment needs to vary, too.
Jody's treatment on my second full knee replacement made the experience far better than the first -- her cheerful encouragement and focus on my problems were helpful and supportive. I have full movement of both knees and am enjoying being active again.

I took my daughter to Jody and was impressed by the attention she got. A full hour of evaluation and care! Jody was really treating my 13-year old like a responsible child and was working with HER, not bypassing her to actually ask me all the questions and giving me the information. We went home with exercises to do each day. It’s been 3 months now, and we didn’t need to go again. It was definitely worth the trip and the money, thank you Jody!
