(September 17, 2019, 4:17 pm)I have an injured shoulder (thanks to incorrect form over an extended period of time) so I knew that standard crossfit "technique" was out of the picture for me, but I also didn't want to just restrict myself to body weight and cardio stuff. Raj is both knowledgable and experimental (i.e. safe, controlled tests to see what works and what doesn't) to put together a completely custom workout that has allowed me to add the mass I was looking for without agitation or injury. Definitely worth a call/consultation if you're looking for something unique to you. Oh, and he's a chill dude too. Highly recommended.
