Westside Flats

Westside Flats is a well managed apartment complex with quiet neighbors and a wonderful Property Manager. Cam is professional, communicative, and extremely proactive.

To directly refute the non-resident's review about getting their car towed... this wasn't a sudden thing and their car should have been towed. There was frequent communication with all residents about the policy prior to enacting it and it was done for the good of the residents who live here and pay for parking. Friends ARE allowed to park in tenant spots as long as the car is registered with the office.

The building is clean and well taken care of. It is on a bus line. The neighborhood is cool. It is nice being close to downtown Seattle without being in it.

Get an apartment here! Just do it!

Mona was a great professional, showing us a few potential apartments. She even let my partner take a phone call in one of the empty apartments for a work emergency. We didn't end up renting there, but appreciated the care and concern that the manager took to show us around. The apartments that we did see were bright, clean and new.

We received great treatment by Mona, and we were literally going to sign the lease before receiving a job offer from a company in San Diego. The apartment was clean, decent, nice, and affordable. Mona helped us a lot and showed us everything in the building and was very helpful and patient with us. she gave us plenty of time to see everything and check everything. My wife felt happy meeting Mona and she felt safe especially that it seemed all tenants knew each other and were super friendly with us.

We would have defiantly signed the lease if I did not receive the phone call, and it all thanks to Mona and her exceptional services.

I've been looking for a apartment for over a year and seemingly nothing ever fit. As I continued to look I came across Westside Flats and immediately knew I love property but was even intrigued when I came in to see the unit. Ms Mona was absolutely wonderful in helping me find a unit that fits me and my family. She was professional and very great at what she does, she is very knowledgeable about her property and units, she is a great asset to the Westside Flats. She is absolutely the BEST!!
