Sadly, Alexander Eppler passed away recently. His protege, James, is carrying on and has gone out of his way to accommodate working on my flute while I am here on vacation in Seattle.
After going to a local music store to get my flute cleaned, things were a bit off and left it unplayable. Alexander Eppler did a thorough and quick job fixing it to play again. He knows his way around a flute for sure and I will never take my instrument to anyone else. Very good, affordable service! Thank you!
