Public Storage

Had a change in my banking accounts and totally forgot that it would affect my automatic payment to Public Storage. I got a very polite phone call and an email reminder that allowed me to get the new payment information handled in plenty of time to avoid any extra fees.
Very professional and “customer friendly”.

Prices have doubled+. Horrible web interface

Mike was super helpful. I rented a lot here, then decided as I was packing it would be better to store everything in Idaho where I intend to move. Mike gave me every refund he could and was very understanding. They have great rates and great online promotions!

On the day of setting up my rental, Mike asked me to provide a review and this might be weird, but I like to wait to see how people treat you after the fact. It's been a month since I rented and Mike has continued to provide me with a friendly welcome, again, this is even after I didn't immediately provide the requested review. Mike is always out and about maintaining the property. The kindness and attentiveness you receive when walking into his office to setup your initial rental agreement, is the same kindness and attentiveness you can expect to receive throughout your stay at his location. 5-star, above and beyond!
