I've had dentists in different countries, and different states in the US. I can say with certainty that Dr. Alem is the best dentist I have ever had. she's a fantastic dentist, a nice lady, and all of the staff at the practice are super friendly and helpful.
Another huge positive is that unlike some dentists, Dr. Alem never tries to push unnecessary dental work on you just to get more money in. Her integrity combined with her skill as a dentist mean I'd recommend her to anybody out there in need of a trustworthy and skilled dentist.
Such a wonderful Dr! She cares about all her patients and goes above and beyond to do the best work and to make sure the patient is happy. I would recommend Alem Family Dental to anyone looking for a consistent, kid friendly and experienced Dr!!!
I have been going to Dr. Alem for the last ten years, and I have had nothing but the most wonderful experiences with her. When I first starting coming to her, I had a paralyzing fear of the dentist and really my teeth in general, but over the years I have grown to look forward to coming in due to her compassion and overall interest in patient comfort. She always does her best to limit or eliminate any possible pain during procedures and has even applied vaseline to my chapped lips. I cannot recommend her enough, if you have a fear of the dentist or are looking for the best possible dental care, you have found it with Dr. Alem!
My children and I love Dr. Alem! Her and her staff are amazing with my kids and have plenty to keep them distracted while being worked on, including movie goggles that kept my 8 year old totally at ease while getting a cavity drilled, which I was so grateful for! She is also very personable, putting me at ease while I'm being worked on ;) I had a cap put on years ago which she noticed was a little discolored (and I had bothered by for some time but didn't think it was fixable) and she took the time to remove the discoloration and polish, amazing! Even better since her office moved by the Fred Meyer on 185th and Aurora/99. I am so glad we found her!
