We worked with Tyler D while searching for a new sectional and recliner chair for our living room. Although we went with a recliner from another store, we did purchase a sectional and had a really positive experience. Tyler was knowledgeable and friendly. He was extremely patient and listened to our wants and needs. Tyler was never pushy and didn’t ever pressure to purchase. We would definitely work with Tyler again in the future. Fingers crossed the actual sectional we purchased turned out as amazing as the customer service!

We needed a good comfortable power recliner and we needed to be able to drive away that day with it and Bob B. really came through for us. He understood the urgency and steered us to the perfect chair. It was close to closing and he coordinated everything so by the time we drove around to the customer pick up our chair was ready to go. Can't say enough about his knowledge of product and stock and what a fun associate to work with. We highly recommend that when you walk in, ask for Bob B .

Donna Owens helped us choose furniture and accent pieces for my Dad's move to assisted living, where the focus was ease of use and mobility issues. Helpful advice; knew the inventory well. Helped us arrange special shipping. Great experience. Will consult with her when we choose furniture for ourselves in the spring

April 2021: I returned to work with Donna to update furniture, art work, and rugs after the first positive experience. last fall. Donna worked with us for hours, helping us select about 30 new items. She checked on availability and gave us advice on protecting the furniture from stains, etc. She even prepared a quote for us as we pointed out pieces that we wanted to consider several days from then. She was very nice about moving pieces around the showroom floor so we could see if they matched other pieces. Our order was complicated, but there hasn't been a single glitch, thanks to Donna. She let us know that she would be away from Hom the next week and set up everything so that we could make final selections in her absence. That process was seamless and help from her colleagues Ray and Travis was great! Recommend setting up an appointment to have Donna help you, especially on orders where several pieces are involved :-) Deb and Mike

The sales consultant, Andrew who helped me was so helpful! He actively listened to understand exactly what I was looking for and showed me plenty of options. He took the time to look in the inventory to see if the colors I wanted were available and the anticipated delivery dates for each. I had such a successful shopping trip thanks to Andrew! I got absolutely everything I needed and I cannot wait to see them all in my home!

My experience with HOM/Dock 86 was exceptional. The online shopping experience was easy and enjoyable and the delivery service was perfect. They were polite, professional, accommodating and punctual. Their overall communication was excellent, both before, during and after the delivery. We are also very happy with the quality of the product. Great job!
