  I purchased kitchen cabinets from Parr about 2 1/2 years ago. I absolutely love them. The people at the design center were great to work with. My Kitchen is beautiful. The cabinets I purchased are Kemper brand by Mastercraft. Last week I had an issue with one of my pantry pull outs. I stopped by the Tukwila Design Center and spoke with Brad Wilson, the branch manager. He showed tremendous concern for my issue and wanted my complete satisfaction. He contacted the regional rep for Mastercraft, Michael Miller, who listened to my problem. They are both working with me as a team to resolve it. Both Parr and Mastercraft (Kemper) are fantastic companies that stand behind their product.
