He was very responsive in his messaging, right on time, friendly, completed in a timely manner, and did an absolutely wonderful job on our living room carpet. Guy and his crew are outstanding. They are thorough, energetic, , fast, professional and just a blast to have in your home. I’m usually the person who finds the best Groupon deal for such services but I’ve used Accel consistently and exclusively for 3+ years (2-4 times per year). I’m moving soon and legitimately wish I could have them come across the country to continue being my carpet cleaners. I could not recommend more.
