(September 22, 2015, 5:37 pm)My glasses broke, and I am very blind without them. I have contacts, but never wear them longer than 4 hours because my eyes feel like they'll pop out of my head if I do.
I went to Eyeland Optical and told them right away that I hadn't purchased the glasses there and showed them the break. They kept the glasses in hopes that they could find some frames to fit my lenses. I just got off the phone with them and they found a new temple (the broken piece) to replace it so that I'm not out the cost of new glasses.
I am so amazed at the wonderful service for someone who had never even gone there before. I guess I know who my new optician is!
