  I've had relatively good experiences prior to my last visit when the doctor forgot about me waiting in the consultation room for 45 minutes. Then on top of that my doctors assistant called me last week and said that they'd switch my prescription to "extended release" instead of increasing my dose on my current "instant release" medication. Then I didn't hear back until I called in and spoke to an extremely unhelpful receptionist that stated the doctors notes said they will not increase my medication and they can no longer help me and I need to see a psychiatrist... I told her I spoke to someone last week and they agreed to switch me from "ir" to "xr" and she said that's not what her notes say and that I should seek help from a psychiatrist... Rude.. And now after seeing them twice and paying for 2 visits they're dropping me and won't even let me speak to my doctor to clear the air..
  
  Update, they called me and cleared everything up, glad they decided to be helpful.

  Staff is very friendly, lab tests are quick and overall the office is very comfortable. I have the best doctor, Christopher Shaw PA-C who has been my doctor for 10 years.

  my symptoms could have saved my life. A caring professional that stands out as leader in his field.

  I just established care here and had my yearly exam. Chris Shaw was my Pcp for a few years before he moved to Evergreen. He's very knowledgeable, personable and explains everything so I understand. Im so glad I found him again! Front desk gal was very nice and helpful
