“I had to have total knee replacement and 6 weeks later total hip replacement. I am 67 year old woman who is overweight. He looked at my BMI instead of my weight. I had to lose weight and I did, but one doctor said I had to be at a certain weight. The last 10 pounds were holding me up. I found Dr. Scott and he worked with my BMI. He is nice and explains things clearly. I felt and still feel that he cared about helping me which he did extremely well and professionally. Both operations were successful. “My Mom, Sylvia, was at Bothell Way Lodge for about 4 months after breaking her hip prior to her passing. I want to say that she received exceptional care from the owners, Felix and Carmen, and their staff. They all took very special attention to Mom, took time to get to know her and our family. Their adult family home feels like home. It is clean, organized, with home cooked meals but it is also very professional. The rooms are all cozy and the front and back yards are nice. They decorate for holidays, have desserts for all the residents to enjoy with special orders for Mom all the time. We couldn't have asked for a better place for Mom to get the care she needed. “This is THE best place for any children to learn swimming. Prepare for a long waiting list if you want to enroll. They have 2 coaches for 4 children in each class. Coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. There is a dedicated area for changing. This is an indoor, non-chlorinated, salt water, heated pool. The temperature is definitely warm, perfect for summer and winter. A parking lot for students definitely makes it easy to come for class. Highly highly recommended!”
