But his transition was really smooth and he loves going to school. Vidya and her team give good attention to kids in a family-like environment. We could see a positive change in our son in 2-3 weeks itself. We can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of our son and helping him with his language and behavioral skills. The picnic tables are currently absent. Parking lot immediately off the two tennis courts with nearby bathrooms make it a good place to wait for a court to open up.”

“I am writing this review 2 WEEKs after my daughter's treatment! Since the day my baby was discharged from the NICU, she had a hard time latching and had a horrible reflux. After speaking to our pediatrician, we were referred to Dr. Osafi. He diagnosed my daughter with a lip-tie. I was so nervous, but I was allowed in the room during the procedure, everyone there was so accommodating. The entire procedure took less than 2 minutes, and I couldn't be more relieved. I was given the room to nurse and I noticed immediately that my daughter was able to latch. It's been 2 weeks now, and no more reflux, my daughter has finally gained weight and I am forever grateful to Dr. Osafi and his team.”

“WA Hand Therapy has been fantastic with regards to alleviating the pinched nerve issues in my left arm. I started off working with Anne Dahlin who quickly identified the issue and started treatment at the first visit. I was at the point I could not use my left arm for much. Three visits, some tape, massage, and exercises... I am doing things I have not been able to do for months (e.g. drive). For me, all of the arm issues were the result of 3 broken ribs I sustained 6 years ago. I had seen other hand therapists and they did not figure this out. I have a long way to go to go but am on the road to healing thanks to WA Hand Therapy. I highly recommend this facility as the staff is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about hand and arm therapy.”

“Jesse came out for our biannual inspection of our AC unit and furnace. Not only did he make some adjustments to make the efficiency of heat use better, he also inspected the crawl space for an estimate of replacing our duct work. We anticipate doing that after the holiday, and will always request Jesse when it comes to DEAR Services. He’s an amazing and knowledgeable person who made our experience one that will keep us with DEAR Services for a lifetime.
