  Joe and crew took great care of us after our car battery died on the island. They referred us to Kitsap Towing; ran a quick, complimentary diagnostic test of the battery; tried to find the right battery replacement across all local shops (since they didn't have the battery type we needed in stock); directed us to the nearest auto part shop with a battery in stock; and installed the battery free of charge afterwards. They were friendly, speedy, and very helpful. Thank you!

  Hockett and Olsen do a great job for a reasonable cost. I was really grateful when the technician found my driver’s license that I had dropped. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Hockett and Olsen run an exceptionally professional business. Not only was it easy to get an appointment but their customer service is excellent - it is refreshing to do business with a company that provides such high quality work. And Joe is the best!

  Service Manager Joe was very professional and helped me understand each step with the service of my car. He offered why and how the service will be performed and cost effectively.
  His crew did the required service in a timely manner, without any surprises.

  We have always had good results form Hockett & Olsen. They've been courteous and helpful. It is nice to have a reliable company close to home, without running all over the county. Our cars are 20 and 22 years old, so we know they are doing a good job helping to keep them running. Yes, we've had to put out some money here and there for repairs, but unless we find we are going to save hundreds of dollars, why take chances with other places? We appreciate what they've done for us through the years so far.
