My daughter loves going to class at Family Martial Arts. She says it is challenging, fun and provides great exercise. As a parent, I see that my daughter is more disciplined and focuses in class. I like that Sifu Rick is positive and encouraging towards the kids. He ties his lessons into real life, like listening the first time and cleaning up. He holds kids accountable for their behavior (in a kind and positive way). His classes are fast paced and keeps kids engaged. I have recommended Family Martial Arts to many of my friends. Great place!
Both of my sons go to Family Martial Arts. They are learning a lot more than just martial arts from Ric and William - they are really great about reinforcing some of the values we are trying to instill in our boys about respect, thoughtfulness and encouragement of others. One of my boys has ADHD and his behavior can be challenging at times. Rick and William have done a great job of providing him with expectations and boundaries and he has responded well and really looks forward to going twice a week.
You would be doing your child your family and your community a disservice if you didn’t enroll them in this family martial arts program.
Overnight you will see a transformation, whereas, your children will ask to do their chores, will shout back “yes sir” or “yes ma’am”. They will learn discipline and pride through excellence and overall develop the confidence and responsibility to carry them into the young adulthood.
From the genesis of our relationship with Sifu Rick, we have seen nothing but great results in our children. The kind they can’t get from going to school. Sifu Rick is not only a mentor, but a shepherd of our future generations.
My child has been with Family Martial Arts Academy for 6 years and because of the dedication of the teachers, survived the Covid-19 shut down, and is determined to reach their black belt. Thank you Family Martial Arts!
I wanted to start my daughter in martial arts. Tried a few places & then found Family Martial Arts Academy & we absolutely love it here! The instructors are all amazing! I have never seen my girl have so much fun or be so excited to go workout! I recommend this place to anyone & everyone. They also have classes for adults & am looking forward to kickboxing! 🥰
