(October 7, 2022, 10:09 pm)Beautiful park. The walkways don't take too long but give yourself plenty of time to take in all the aspects of horticulture and design.
The park is most beautiful in the rain, I think, as all the different shades of green really stand out.
The Bloedel residence has bathrooms, an art collection and there is a great gift shop at the gatehouse. Worth a visit.
(August 7, 2022, 11:05 am)The ferry queue to Bainbridge island from Seattle was very long and on Sunday morning we have to wait for three hours. Bloedel took about 20 minutes to reach by car. This place was a heaven for me. So quiet, beautiful walking paths, every direction you look at was so picturesque. I was happy to be there and I will come back. The place is closed for entry after 5 pm and you have to leave after 6 pm.

This place was gorgeous! A must do when in Bainbridge!! Woodchip path, some light stairs. A great "hike" for the non hiker. Great to see the different foliage.

From moss gardens to Japanese gardens to open meadows, there's plenty to enjoy.
The spring blooms were lovely.
Several benches throughout the property.
Clear trails and maps provided at the entrance.
Restrooms available at the gatehouse.
(April 24, 2022, 7:32 pm)The trails are beautifully done. Easy to walk paths through fields, forest, and around ponds. So many different plants that look different every time I go. Many benches that invite you to stop and enjoy the view. I highly recommend you go every season to see the wonderful changes in the gardens and paths.
