She truly has a super power when it comes to massage and cranial sacral. Instead of focusing on the area that was in spasm she said she would "invite" the area to relax. I have never experienced anything quite like it. The outcome was nothing short of miraculous. I have been seeing her with regularity since. She will address various concerns with her healing touch providing release in places you didn't even realize you needed. I have been to many massage therapists through the years but Jamie is truly the best! “Okay, I've never been impressed with an instant change oil joint other than "yeah I guess that was fast and convenient". This place honestly takes that fast and convenient title to another level. I was lucky to come in a slow hour (1545 on a Monday) sure, but once my hood was open it was 8 minutes and my oil was swapped out. DID YOU KNOW THEY ROTATE YOUR TIRES HERE TOO? I sure didn't. But I needed it done so why not? That service was another 15 minutes. No worries. The military discount is icing on the cake. I will absolutely be back to this location next time. Unfortunately the inspector was not in today so I'll have to return another day, but I still have a few months for that and it wasn't on my to do list today anyway. The manager Diego runs a stellar shop. Payton was professional and upbeat while servicing my car. You guys made my day, and I can say with certainty that I never thought I'd say that about getting my oil changed.”

“My daughter loves going to class at Family Martial Arts. She says it is challenging, fun and provides great exercise. As a parent, I see that my daughter is more disciplined and focuses in class. I like that Sifu Rick is positive and encouraging towards the kids. He ties his lessons into real life, like listening the first time and cleaning up. He holds kids accountable for their behavior (in a kind and positive way). His classes are fast paced and keeps kids engaged. I have recommended Family Martial Arts to many of my friends.
