Brought in my 2016 Ram 1500 5.7L 4x4 due to a failed fuel pump error on the dash and call this shop All about transmissions & auto shop and asked them if they fixed the issue i was having. They were booked up till second week of December so i made an appointment. Day of my appointment walked into the shop and spoke to one of the guys in there named Derek and asked about how long it would take to do a diagnostic test and how much it would cost to fix gave me a quote which was a really reasonable price and said let's get her taken care of. I want to say they texted me the next day with a full diagnostic run down 21 points of inspecton and what was going on with the truck and told me that i needed a new fuel pump which i already knew. Told him to get it done. He called me back 2 hours later and said the truck was ready. I will sing there name to everyone i know. Excellent work, friendly customer. Thank you guys. Happy holidays!!

They were extremely helpful, explained any issue they found with my car and provided pictures. Even when I was in a time crunch, they understood how quickly I needed the work done and worked hard to get it done more quickly than usual. I am very happy with their service.

I took my truck to them at the recommendation of one of my employees because air conditioning wasn't working. They were completely booked up until Oct yet He said bring it in and give him a couple of days to look at it. I reluctantly agreed because I use my truck every day. I took it in the morning expecting him to just look at it. He looked at it diagnosed that it needed a new condenser, got the condenser that day and I was very impressed that I got my truck back that afternoon with the air conditioning fix. I would highly recommend All About Transmissions based on my experience. They were very good to deal with.

Simply put, All About Transmissions & Automotive is the best at what it does anywhere near this side of the sound. I have had the pleasure of being a customer of theirs for the past 3 years and I can say my only disappointment is they can’t follow me home. Every time I left my truck in their hands, I had 100% confidence it was going to be taken care of at the highest level with extreme attention to detail with any problem being resolved before I left their shop. Their final magnum opus was one I was able to experience, with driving away after making sure my truck was able to make a road trip after my time in the service.
