    My car started a grinding sound from the right rear brake. I went to this location for a brake inspection on my 2006. Volkswagen Jetta and it turned out I needed work done. Not only did Rich fit my car into his day he was VERY THOROUGH in explaining what my options were and was very patient with the questions I had. Julian was also very knowledgeable and was very detailed in completing the work on my car. They were both friendly and professional. I will be returning without hesitation if I need anything else done. Thank you Manager Rich and Technician Julian. Job well done.

    100% will recommend! Was on my way to Pitt when I started hearing an extremely loud grinding. Pulled into Monro when they were about to close. Lou helped me right away, and cracked some jokes to help chear up my worries! Their whole team was super nice and helpful! Within 30 minutes they fixed my issues. BEST service I've ever received from a service shop!
