Edgar was a huge help today! not only did he informed me about deals that were going on but he gave me some tips on changing my oil. super friendly staff! 10/10

While Autozone isn't ordinarily one of my favorite parts stores... I have to give top marks to the guys in the new Lake Elsinore store. Every time I've been in there I always find myself thinking "these guys are on the ball". They conduct their business professionally, which is in contrast to most of their chain stores. I can tell they're experienced and have worked in busy stores where a lot is expected of them.
Most importantly, I don't see the usual "untrained kids who don't care to learn" nonsense that we see EVERYWHERE these days in America.
Just today I talked to Dan on the phone... expecting very little. Wow! He was sharp, friendly, and really helpful.
From what I see, they're a good team.
I'll be using them for my parts needs as long as they remain on top of things.

I had a defective headlight for my Hyundai sonata. I came into the store around the 3rd week of December and was immediately given a friendly greeting and welcome by employees. A gentleman by the name of Gilbert was beyond helpful and literally made my day by his hospitality & professionalism. He helped me switch the headlight and even gave me a tip to hold my hood up with tool since it randomly doesn’t hold on its own. Thank you Gilbert, I appreciate your help and expertise. I will definitely return to this store!!

Gilbert was so helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and helpful. He installed my head lights like In 5 min which would have taken my dad two weeks 😂. Thank so sooo much Gilbert I really appreciate the help you gave me. That auto zone is going to be my go to place from now on. Thank you 🙏 😊

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and helped. The workers were kind answered my questions and grabbed the items I needed off the shelves for me. I was checked out and I was off on my merry way. I then needed a tool to open my oil gasket as it was to hard for me to open and they handed me a tool to help me open it and I was able to complete my job. I went in I handed the tool back and they took care of my trash for me. I haven’t really been in an auto zone where they paid so much attention to a customer and they all seemed focus on the customers they were helping. It just always seems like all the other auto zones are just focused on getting people in and out without really paying attention to the customer but here in this auto zone I felt as they were there really invested in us and our needs so of course I needed to let them know that they were doing a great job and I felt cared for. I think now a days people have really forgot how to show great customer service and when you receive it it makes your soul feel at ease. Anyways it was a great experience and I will make this auto zone my main location to shop at for my auto needs even if it’s a little fur her away from my home. Thank you for such an excellent service today! Keep up the great work!

Went for a Sunday brunch and it was packed. 8t felt like a lot of regulars... definitely a worthy steak and eggs. We thought it was priced right, service was efficient and fairly quick given the crowd. Would recommend... I'd definitely go again.

Surprisingly one of the best places to get actual food from. Friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere. I don't drink but they do carry a wide range of alcoholic beverages for your consumption. Just remember to drink responsibly.

If you're from somewhere else and you don't have a criminal record, look at this place as a safety net. I drove to every bar in the area tonight and finally found this place. The one I finally stopped at before this place smelled like unburned propane, everyone inside was yelling all ghetto about beating people up and the bartender was (what we call in the south) a tweaker.
This place had great wings and respectable employees. Bartenders were busy with their actual jobs and not hard to look at. This is a good shop.

Held a surprise birthday for DH in their private banquet room and I cannot sing their praises enough. The room was perfect for our family and easily accommodated 30 of us. The prime rib buffet was amazing...ALL of the food was excellent from the rolls to the veggies to the honey ham and prime rib. The ease of setting up beforehand and the attentiveness to the staff made it such a memorable night for us. This is the perfect place to host a private event! Thank you Scott and company!

As a big guy I love that virtually everything on the menu fills you up, for a great price, and breakfasts are huge! While being so good it's hard to resist finishing it all and bringing some home for later. And the competence and kindness of the staff will keep bringing you back, whether you just want to get in and get your food and drink, or enjoy the good vibes they got you 😊
