Dr. Carlos is and amazing orthodontist!!! I had braces when I was a teen and needed them again as an adult and was truly dreaded having to go through that again. He made the experience wonderful! Im so happy i did it. My family was moving out of state towards the end of my treatment and we worked me to get everything done last minute. He truly cares and is personable! I 1,000% recommend him.

I had an excellent experience having braces as an adult in my mid-20s with Master Ortho. I had braces as a teenager that did not fully fix my teeth and in fact caused new problems. Dr. Carlos and the team presented me with a treatment plan that included x-rays to fully understand my situation (something that other Kitsap orthos did not) and did not suggest drilling into my bone like other orthos did. Due to my insurance, I had a 3-day window in which I had to begin treatment, and the office staff made sure to make time for me. I had my braces for 15 months, and most of that was during the height of the pandemic. I followed instructions to a T (rubber bands), and the excellent team made sure my treatment kept moving along so I could get my braces off quickly. I really appreciated how Dr. Carlos and the team explained what they were doing at each step and how it would impact my teeth movement. I have had my braces off for 2 years now and am still extremely happy with the results.
