Lin's Teriyaki Fish & Chips

I gotta say that they serve the best fish and chips.
With that out of the way, the interior of the restaurant needs some cleaning done. The tables, chairs, and condiments were clean, but everything else looks like they need cleaning and care. The neglect is apparent.
The service wasn't friendly. Not saying that they didn't serve us as patrons, but they did the bear minimum.
With all that said, the only thing I see them keeping that business open is the fried fish.

I have been having my lunch there for the last month. I've tried a different menu item each time, and I am consistently amazed at how incredibly delicious the food is. Whether it was pancit, adobo, grilled tilapia, fish & chips, even the BLT ... Ramon is a genius in the kitchen, and Rosanna always makes me feel welcome.

The people there are always super friendly. I go there regularly and they always ask for updates on my things. The food is amazing. I highly recommend the Halo-halo when it's in season.

Delicious Filipino food! They always accommodate my orders. I love their veggie lumpia’s! I do wish they would give more rice with the dish, but I usually have rice at home :)) and super friendly staff too.
