They set expectation early on with an exact timeline of the process so there were no surprises along the way. In addition to the timeline, their communication was over the top. If I didn't hear from Jennifer herself, I heard from her assistant Laura who was always there to answer any questions I had. He made sure everything was made right and that the employee was talked to about the proper way to handle customers on the phone and in person when the two coincide. Also, It turns out she did not hang up on me, the phone has a history of losing connection. I will continue shopping there for my corner store needs because I see how much the owner values his customers Original review below -- The morning shift woman Is a rude and will hang up on you if you call in and have more than one question. She will interrupt you, call you names, and try to make you feel inferior to her. I had two questions- "Hey can I get my money back or exchange a product with a broken seal and When is your boss coming back from vacation since you don't know" I didn't get to ask the second question because she hung up on me twice and won't pick up the phone anymore. “I know people usually review fast food places because they weren’t that good. But I just want to say, I had a rough day and I was starving. Came through the drive-through around 5:30 PM on a Tuesday… Not sure who the young lady to help me was, but she was amazing. Her tone of voice was so pleasant and she sounded so happy, which I’m sure is true to an extent. She was patient with me even though I was indecisive, and she gave me all the suggestions. Also, the food was hot and delicious. Thanks for the great customer service. I’m not used to seeing that anymore.”

“One of my top ten places to go. My bf and I always have a good experience here. Food is ordered quickly and served almost as quickly. The wait staff are incredibly kind and quick to offer any assistance if needed but not to imped on your dining service. The prices are low but the quality is good. I have had a few items that just wasn't for me but I also accept I'm somewhat of a picky eater and that doesn't lend itself necessarily of the overall quality or taste of the food. I love going there for breakfast, it's generally calm and quiet, which is nice just trying to get started in the morning. Overall I'd give this place a B+”

“I've been using Bremerton Work Space for around 6-months now. I use one of the private offices there which has been great for my productivity. The spaces are comfortable and quiet - great for focus. The amenities are first-class with a great kitchen space, tea/coffee available all-day and a meeting room to use with clients. Internet speed is excellent with (213/30 right now) which suits me just fine. The staff are friendly and helpful and always there for anything you need. All in all, a great place to work - highly recommended.”
