The staff is kind, extremely helpful, and accommodating. I have a hard time being alone with men and Dr. Bailey has made me feel comfortable and safe in his care every single time. I have never been to a chiropractor before yesterday and I was hesitant to begin the journey, but after hearing such good reviews from friends I decided to give it a go. I have been dealing with a sore body and back issues for quite some time. From the moment I called Kingston Crossing Wellness I knew I was in good hands. The woman who took my phone call was so helpful and was able to get me in immediately. When I first got to my appointment I knew this journey would be great. The whole atmosphere and vibe of the office made me feel comfortable and right at home and I could tell the existing patients who were in the building also enjoyed the staff and environment. Everyone was happy. Dr. Bailey sat and talked with me about my issues and concerns and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in this decision to get chiropractic help. The woman who did my X-rays had me laughing the whole time. I felt like these people were my friends who wanted to genuinely help me and make me feel better. After the bed roller and the message gun, they had me completely relaxed, next came the actual body adjustments with Dr. Bailey, It was incredible and I left the office with a huge smile on my face.
