  I attempted to sell my mother's house while living on the opposite coast and trying to maximize the value for my mother who had transitioned into assisted living. I met Doug Miller through trusted friends and he proved to be a splendid choice.
  
  Doug understood our special circumstances, kept our personal requirements upper most in his mind, and kept me engaged throughout such that I was able to make informed decisions. I hadn't bought or sold a home in a couple of decades, but Doug brought me into 21st Century marketing.
  
  At our very first meeting, he showed up with a detailed market analysis and spent the time required to completely understand my unique circumstances. When I needed a "carpet stretcher" - Doug had a phone number in minutes. My go-to painter fell through, no problem - Doug had one of them too.
  
  He steered me into making wise decisions on what to spend money on (some paint and repairs) and what to waive off as we moved to put the house on the market in record time. It all paid off with a full price offer within 4 days of putting the house up in a challenging environment.
  
  Doug brought the local expertise of a guy who knew the area well and put his customer's needs and desires foremost in his approach. I always felt like I was dealing with a real professional. Mark me a thoroughly satisfied customer.

  I first came across Doug and his team after seeing a home listed in our area on a social media platform. What really captured my attention was the video of the home and the attention used to sell it. I told my husband we NEEDED to hire Doug to sell our home and to help us find our next one. BEFORE we even met Doug drove by our home and took a current photo and made the most professional portfolio including market comparisons of houses in our area. Upon meeting Doug I knew we made the right choice.Doug told us what we need to to to get the most money for our home. He was right too! We priced it just right and sold it in 3 days! He also works with the right people. Katie, his buyers agent at the time was a joy to work with as well. We are so happy with our current home and feel like we really won with Doug by our side. Not to mention he still keeps in touch. We even get a Christmas card from him every year! Thanks Doug!

  We had met Doug initially touring an open house in McCormick Woods and we were impressed by his warm personality and knowledge of our area. We met with him privately in 2018 as we had decided to sell after finding another smaller home in our area we really liked as we had decided to downsize. The house we chose was also listed by him and South Kitsap Properties. His agent at our new house was very good and things moved along smoothly. Doug listed our house and arranged all the details which was great as we had a special vacation schedule just before our house went on the market. We were gone almost two weeks and arrived home just before our open house. All went well and although the market wasn’t as hot that year we did sell for full price and Doug helped so much with all the things that needed to be done both with moving into our new home and vacating our previous home. We recommend him highly as an agent and would definitely use him again if and when we decide to move in the future.

  My husband and I came to Doug and his team after having a poor experience with another realtor, where we kept losing on our bids. Doug and his team were flexible in helping us find our first home that was within our desired spending limits. They provided so much education and helped us to secure our first home 3/24/2020 just as the COVID pandemic started. To this day we still receive helpful home tips from Doug and his team. If I ever have a home need I’ll be returning to Doug and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home or looking to sell.

  After weeks of speaking with many Agent's to help list our home, Doug was who we ended up picking, He and his team were fast, skilled and so personal. They said they could get the best price for the home and they just did that. The home sold within a week of listing, not to mention it went well above the asking price. His fee's were excellent for the service provided. The photography of the home truly transformed and made the home pop. Overall the entire experience was stress free knowing that Doug was there getting things handled.
  
  We now live in Hawaii and truly wish we could have had him here for the home purchasing experience. Alas he is in Kitsap the community that needs more people like him. I highly recommend him and his team my family and friends. As well as you if you are on google review seeking an amazing team..
