I ordered through Teleflora. There was a mix up with my order, Port Orchard Florists went above and beyond to fix it. The flowers are beautiful and my Mother loves them it made her day. Thank you, Thank you so much I really appreciate it. Wonderful customer service wonderful delivery service the delivery person even called to let me know that they were delivered.

So here is what happened , I sent flowers to my wife for her Birthday, The flowers were great and she loved them the only problem was they sent them a week early. I called not to complain because my wife loved them but to let them know to read the dates. The person who I talked to was very nice and I told her no big deal these things happen. So my wife's birthday arrived and she calls my to say that they sent her flowers again for her birthday. I'm was so impressed and I would never go to another place to order flowers again. Thank you it was great what you did.

They have beautiful flowers and deliver. The flowers I have received or had delivered have always been beautiful. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

I am so impressed with the flowers delivered for my mom's birthday today! She was so grateful and they look beautiful in their living room. The flowers are fresh, the arrangement is balanced, and the flowers are fairly priced. Thank you for the delivery as well. My only suggestion would be to change the pictures on the website to actual floral arrangements from this store and not the stock photos.
