(April 20, 2022, 6:03 pm)My wife and I had our new gas fire log set installed today from Custom Hearth Fireplaces & Stoves. The entire process was a great experience. We never felt any pressure to make a decision instead we were given all the information needed to make an educated decision that met our budget and needs. The 'icing on the cake, happened today when James came to install the new burner and logs; on time, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. James is an excellent representative for his company. Thanks again to our wonderful experience and now we plan to have years of enjoyment in our forever home.
