Heather has helped me with several issues. I was experiencing quite a bit of lower body pain. Heather easily adjusted my misaligned pelvis and by the next day was relieved of the pain I was having just rolling over in bed. She also helped me with arthritic knee pain with exercises and stretching. Recently I saw her via tele-health to learn Buteyko breathing methods. I have had significant improvement in anxiety and sleep issues. Heather is a very kind and intuitive practitioner!

Heather is top notch for healing! Working with her whenever I can over the past few years, she has helped my hips and any muscular/skeletal issues that I had. Most recently, she taught me Buteyko breathing via video chat and, wow, what a difference it makes. I'm breathing through my nose instead of my mouth. So many health benefits!

After breaking my arm ice skating - I developed limited range of motion after my arm healed - Heather was able to get me back to full range of motion with my arm - hands on treatment and exercises - highly recommend
