“I'm impressed with how well the quality inn has took on helping our community with the homeless and assessing the their needs. Micheal the maintenance is wonderful!! The poor guy works hard and maintaining this whole hotel alone as he is the only maintenance. He has done great work keeping up the property visual as well. I know it's been hard with the change and diversity of homeless shifting to this side of town I want to say that I've even seen a shift in mannerism in some of homeless as well they've been much more respectful towards the hotel. I speak for the homeless so I'd like to verify that not all homeless are disrespectfull. Michael I think you deserve a RAISE! And a VACATION. Thank you Quality Inn as well.”

“Loren from Westwind called me back right away with flight options. Very good communication! Service was all professional from Loren's coordination and Dan's piloting. The Cessna aircraft was nice! The pilot met us at Orcas/East Sound Airport, took us up for 45 minutes, and flew where we wanted to go. Before you know it the flight was over and Dan, the pilot was dropping us back off at Orcas Airport. We got a lot of pictures, and were real happy with or choice with Westwind!!”

Ashaunti was one of the staff members there and we told her all the things that we wanted and she gave us just what we needed. She made the process so easy and fast that we really didn’t need to worry about much. “This place is absolutely busy for a reason. Everytime I come here there are non stop phone calls, Door Dash, Uber Eats, and regular pick ups. I'm on a 14 fast everyday. I when I came here yesterday I was Hangry!! We wanted to dine in. The line was long. The phone would not stop ringing. The staff was moving as fast as possible to take care of everyone. And I felt for them. The point of the story is to be patient. The staff will take care of you. And the food is worth the wait. Yummy in my tummy. Best Egg Flower and Hot and Sour soup ever.”
