“I am a business owner in here on western Washington and also former client of Isaac's. My landlord is a bully type.....and I have been taking his nasty remarks for way too long. But the landlord decided he wanted me out of his space and his lawyer became quite aggressive. Essentially, they were going to sue for what they believed to be a breach of the building lease. Now, this is my livelihood and I am in my 60's. Being forced out would have really damage my life. I rarely get worked up, intimidated or scared. But I actually believed they were going to be successful. I was not sleeping well at all. I have worked with lawyers my entire professional life and know how to hire them. Just because they have a law license means nothing really. I did a thorough job shopping on this internet and Isaac looked like he was probably the right person for this. So I called and interviewed Isaac. Isaac was timely, professional and courteous. He had prepared for our meeting. He asked a few questions and obviously knew the rules on leases. Isaac put together an appropriately aggressive and convincing letter to opposing counsel. Unfortunately for that lawyer, part of their case required proper notice and Isaac's letter detailed where she had erred. Of course, her clients saw that letter. They have backed off on the lawsuit idea for now. I felt protected by Isaac and I feel well a taken care of. He has his act together and is a hiqh quality real estate contracts lawyer.”

“Came here for lunch with my family the other day. It has a fun atmosphere with the arcade games, stage, bottle cap tables and other cool pig decor. We shared the ultimate artisanal nachos supreme, and I got a side of the chili with cheese and onions. Everything tasted great! I highly recommend the homemade chocolate potato chips! They were amazing! You do have to order at the bar and have your food brought out to your table, so not like a traditional restaurant, but still really good!”

“I was told that it would be a few weeks before the work could be done as the shop had a lot of work in inventory. It was about four week after I dropped it off that work started. I provided an engine block and a completley machined and assembled head. The rest of the work and assembly was done in the shop. In the end I was very pleased at the work done. If your not in a hurry this shops experience is very high. Be prepared to drop off your work and wait for a few weeks. Still gets a good review from me because of the quality of the work.”
